Fabien's new album, Recommencer (Starting Over), is scheduled for release in 2022.
Fabien has composed the music for the 10 tracks on the album. His musical world is a very personal one, influenced by the music he enjoys listening to: French and Anglo-Saxon pop and rock (Alain Bashung, Bernard Lavilliers, Michel Polnareff, David Bowie, Toto, Chicago, Yellowjackets, Keane...). His music is characterized by a catchy and original pop style. He has worked on the arrangements with Bruno Martinez, with lyrics by Monia Marouani. All the tracks tell the story of a very specific moment, from the beginning, when he started working on the album, to the point when his world collapsed, like a punch in the gut, followed by the long and slow rebuilding process and a second chance. In the album there are many allusions to his musical past.
